5 Minute Cardio

A quick 5 minutes to get the heart and lungs pumping.  An ideal way to start your day or repeat multiple times for a longer HIIT workout.

Squat Low!

When squatting it can be easy to cut things short.  Use a marker to ensure you're squatting deep enough and getting a full range of motion.  You can use a bench, sofa, chair or even a toilet seat, but ensure your bum touches gently before powering up.

Combine Movements

Combining different moves into one routine raises the heart rate enabling you to burn more fat. In this example I'm combining squats with forward and backward lunges. Squat - Forward Lunge / Backward Lunge with right leg, Squat, Forward Lunge / Backward Lunge with left leg. That's one set. Gives a huge blast to the legs and glutes too.
